Ingredients:
1. 1 bowl chickpeas, soaked overnight
2. 1 large potato, boiled and cut into cubes
3. 1 medium onion, finely chopped
4. 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
5. 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
6. 2-3 tbsp tamarind-jaggery chutney
7. 2 tbsp green chutney
8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
9. 1 tsp chat masala
10. 1 tsp lemon juice
11. Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Pressure cook chickpeas with little salt for 2 whistles
2. Drain excess water and cool to room temperature
3. Take cooked chickpeas in a bowl, add boiled potato, chopped onion, tomato and mix well
4. Add chat masala, red chilli powder, salt, tamarind-jaggery chutney and green chutney. Mix well.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve at room temparature or chilled
